FAQ

1.What is Grade A battery? Any difference between storage battery and EV battery?

-- Grade A is Grade Automotive. Obviously, it is for EV which has the top standard in the battery manufacture. The cell is excellent in discharge and charge rate, capacity and volt consistence, and can be used in high volt setup.

For EV battery we offer, they are from test car in the factory. Battery has SN code of the battery manufacturer and the EV company. Some sellers sell so-called brand new Grade B EV battery. EV companies only got Grade A(Automotive) battery.

Storage battery has Grade A(A means ranking here) for individual buyers which is designed for both household and storage plants.

2.How long will the shipping take? What is the process of the shipping and tax?

-- Usually, the battery is sent by ship with MSDS, UN38 report register. CIF to port, 17 days to USA, 13 days to AU, 25 days to EU. After that, clearance and delivery will be organized by the forwarder. Delivery will be finished in 3-7 days. Tax free if DDP(Small parcels) shipping can be operated.

Orders are usually separated into several parts to avoid tax. Tax free if the amount is less than 1000$. DDP delivery can only support small parcels. Big items in case or pallet can be only sent by CIF term.

CIF shipping is for large cargoes. Freight is charged by every Cubic Meter. Buyers need to make clearance and pick up at port. Clearance is 300-400$. Tax is charged according to the Invoice, which the amount can be revised no less than 1000$.

 

3.What is a CAN bridge? Is it necessary or get any other solutions?

--The CAN-bridge gets mounted between the battery and vehicle. It is intended to be mounted inside the vehicle to prevent it from the elements. It attaches to the CAN-bus that handles the communication between these two, and makes both sides understand each other.

 

 

4.What is the warranty?

-- We offer 2-5year warranty for customers. Free replacement due to product defection. We will buy insurance for the cargo and the beneficial party is client.

 

5.How can I test the capacity of the cell?

--Use a capacity tester. We will test the battery data including capacity, volt, internal resistance and send the test video and data to customers.

6.How do you pack the cells? 

-- The package is limited to 12-30kg. So some orders will be packed into several parcels so that the local express companies won’t refuse to deliver the pack.
